Beneil Dariush broke his silence after an early defeat in his fight with Arman Tsarukyan. In particular, he stated that he would follow the advice of his coaches and take a long break between fights in order to properly recover.
“After two concussions in a row, my coaches are insisting that I take a long break, and I’m inclined to follow their advice. Usually I prefer to fight every three to four months, but now I’m putting my fate in the hands of the trainers, so it’s all up to them. If it were up to me, I would return in February or March, but I think this time I will be away a little longer,” the fighter said.
