Rocky Fielding (27-1, 15 KOs) scored a TKO victory in the fifth round over the previously undefeated Tyrone Zeuge (22-1-1, 12 KOs) and took his title of "regular" WBA super middleweight champion in the main event of the evening in Offenburg, Germany. In the fifth round, Fielding managed to bring to the opponent's chin an exact left uppercut, which threw Zeuge on the ropes, where Rocky added a blow to the body from which the German boxer went on the floor. The corner of Zeuge threw in the towel.

WBA “regular” super middleweight champion Tyron Zeuge (21-0-1, 11 KOs) retained his title with a twelve round unanimous decision over Paul Smith (38-7, 22 KOs) on Saturday night at the Rittal Arena in Wetzlar, Germany. Zeuge outworked Smith and scored a twelfth round knockdown just before the final bell to pull away to a 119-108, 119-108, 119-108 verdict. It was Smith’s third unsuccessful world title attempt.

Tyron Zeuge (20-0-1, 11 KOs) says Paul Smith (38-6, 22 KOs) will not take his title when they meet for the WBA World Super Middleweight Championship on Saturday, June 17 at the Rittal Arena in Wetzlar, Germany, live on Sky Sports. Zeuge captured the WBA strap with an impressive knockout victory over Giovanni De Carolis on November 5, 2016 at the MBS Arena in Potsdam. Having fought to a stalemate four months earlier, Zeuge claimed the title in style, stopping the Italian champion with just 19 seconds remaining in the final round.

Zeuge retains WBA super middleweight title with tech decision

WBA super middleweight world champion Tyron Zeuge (20-0-1, 11 KOs) retained his title with a fifth round technical decision over Isaac Ekpo (31-3, 24 KOs) at the MBS Arena in Potsdam, Germany. A third round head clash left Zeuge with a cut over the right eye. The fight was stopped due to the cut in round five and sent to the scorecards where Zeuge was ahead 49-46, 48-47 and 49-47.
