Eddie Hearn has announced that a third fight Josh Warrington (30-1-1, 7 KOs) vs Mauricio Lara (23-2-1, 16 KOs) will probably take place as early as next year. Their rematch took place on Saturday night in Leeds, which after just two rounds was stopped due to an accidental head-to-head collision and a serious eyebrow injury to the Mexican.

Josh Warrington's contract (30-1, 7 KOs) with Mauricio Lara (22-2, 15 KOs) included a rematch clause. However, it is not yet known whether the Englishman wants to have a second fight with the 22-year-old Mexican.
On February 12, the official weigh-in procedure took place on the eve of the boxing night, the venue of which will be London, Wembley Arena, Great Britain, in which Josh Warrington (30-0, 7 KOs) and Mauricio Lara (21-2, 14 KOs) will meet in the 10-round fight.
