Robert Whittaker, former UFC middleweight champion, plans to have his next fight in June of this year in the light heavyweight category

“I am already gearing up for it — getting ready for June. I want to return to the octagon and fight at light heavyweight. I'm going to try to gain muscle mass, but not too much. I'm already heavy. In the off-season, I weigh about 107-108 kilograms.

I want to get myself in shape, cut weight, train on a full diet, get the most out of camps and, for the first time in a long while, approach fight week feeling good.

I'll try. I know many will say — you're small. Just shut up! I want to give it a shot. I'm already at the twilight of my career, so it's better to try than later think: what if?” said the Australian in an interview with Submission Radio.
