Khabib announces timeframe for Makhachev’s return to the octagon

Khabib Nurmagomedov, the former UFC lightweight champion, revealed when Islam Makhachev, the welterweight champion, will return to the octagon.

“Islam will return around June or July, maybe — who knows. He will fight after Ramadan. We are working on his next fight.”

Let us recall, Makhachev himself previously stated that he wants to fight at the historic promotion tournament in the White House.
