Strickland called himself the only fighter capable of defeating Chimaev

Former UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland commented on a possible fight with current titleholder Khamzat Chimaev.

“It would be a big fight. I think I'm probably the only one who can beat Chimaev. Honestly, I believe Fluffy is a stronger wrestler than Chimaev. For five rounds, Fluffy is a stronger wrestler than Chimaev. It's strange what UFC did with Chimaev. You brought in a guy who fights once a year; he doesn’t need to fight at all. He's the best friend of a warlord,” said Strickland on the ESPN MMA channel.
