American UFC lightweight veteran Justin Gaethje commented on the upcoming fight with Briton Paddy Pimblett, which will have an interim championship title at stake.
The fight will headline UFC 324, which will take place on the night of January 25 in Las Vegas, USA.
"It all comes down to cardio. I try to wear out my opponents. When they get tired, I can do whatever I want with them, and that is exactly what I will be aiming for in this fight. That's how I won the fight with Fiziev, the fight with Chandler. Luckily for them, those were three-round fights; if it had been five rounds, I would have seriously injured them. I really want to take this guy to the later rounds and inflict serious damage on him,” Gaethje said in an interview with ESPN.
