Rogan assessed Pereira's chances at heavyweight

Longtime UFC commentator, expert, and analyst Joe Rogan commented on the rumors about the champion's move to the light heavyweight division with Alex Pereira.

"There are numerous talks about a possible heavyweight bout for Pereira with Ciryl Gane. I don't know how true this is as I haven't discussed it with Dana. But it's not an illogical step. Alex now weighs over 108 kg! Make no mistake, this guy can knock out heavyweights too. He hits harder than anyone those guys have ever faced," Bloody Elbow quotes Rogan.

Recall that Pereira regained the title in October by knocking out Magomed Ankalaev in the first round.
