Three lightweight fights and moving to welterweight - Pimblett talks about future plans

Paddy Pimblett, a ranked UFC lightweight, shared his future plans. He stated his desire to first win the lightweight belt and then move up to the welterweight division.

"I always knew I would fight for the title. I'll win the interim belt, then beat Ilia, take the real belt from him, defend it, and then move up to go for the welterweight title," said the British fighter in an interview with Red Corner MMA.

Recall, in the next fight, Pimblett will meet with Justin Gaethje. The interim lightweight champion belt will be at stake in this bout.
