Former UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev shared his thoughts on a possible fight between current titleholder Ilia Topuria and Paddy Pimblett.
It was previously reported that the fight between the Georgian and the Brit might take place in January.
"Arman is the toughest opponent for Ilia. Gaethje is also strong, and Pimblett is superfluous here. Paddy has a very small chance of winning. What will he do with Topuria, how will he defeat him? Take him down and bet on a submission? I don't know. Right now, I consider Tsarukyan the main threat to the champion," said Makhachev in an interview with Aydin Ross.
