Gaethje's Manager: "Justin Will Retire If Pimblett Overtakes Him in the Title Race"

Ali Abdelaziz, the manager of former UFC interim lightweight champion Justin Gaethje, is confident that his client will hang up his gloves if Paddy Pimblett becomes the next title contender in the division.

"Justin always keeps his word. If Paddy Pimblett overtakes him in the title race, he will no longer fight in the UFC. I have nothing against Paddy, but it's business. He's good and knows how to put on a show, but his last opponents have terrible records.

Justin is ranked above Paddy, Justin has already done the UFC a service several times. What has Pimblett done to deserve a title shot? Above Gaethje among contenders now is only Arman Tsarukyan. If anyone other than Arman or Justin fights for the belt, it will be unfair," Abdelaziz stated in an interview with Submission Radio.
