UFC middleweight Bo Nickal stated that U.S. President Donald Trump promised him a fight at the promotion's tournament in the White House.
"This is history. How exciting. I spoke with President Trump—he wants me to be in the card. I think if everything works out, that's how it will be. I was on FOX, promoting the RAF (Real American Freestyle) tournament. He called me, encouraged me, said a couple of kind words. We discussed the card a bit. I said I wanted to get on it, and he replied, 'Consider it settled.' He and Dana White are very close, so his recommendation will certainly help me," said Nickal on The Ariel Helwani Show.
