Jones apologized to White for the fight against Aspinall being canceled

The CEO of UFC Dana White spoke about former two-division champion Jon Jones apologizing to him for the cancellation of the fight with Tom Aspinall.

“It wasn’t a conversation. He wrote something like: ‘Listen, I’m sorry for how it turned out—something along those lines. I want to fight in the White House. And I’m serious about it.”

No, I appreciate it, I appreciate that he reached out and did that, but I need people I can rely on. And I know who that is, and who is not,” said White.
