The UFC champion in the bantamweight division, Merab Dvalishvili, stated that he would not mind sharing the octagon with the holder of the title one division lower, Alessandre Pantosha.
“If he is ready to move up to bantamweight and the UFC, it would be interesting — no problem. I think such a fight would really interest many. I respect Pantosha, he is a very tough opponent for me. If the UFC wants to organize this fight and Pantosha is in — I am also ready,” Dvalishvili said in an interview with Ariel Helwani.
