UFC bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili commented on the upcoming fight against former titleholder Sean O’Malley.
The Georgian and the American will clash in the main event of UFC 316, which will take place on the night of June 8 in Newark, USA.
“He and his coach studied our grappling. They know my strengths and where I’m weak. They have a long training camp ahead, and I expect and accept the best version of Sean O’Malley. My job is to take this fight seriously. I shouldn’t look down on him because I’m ready to work. I hope to make things significantly easier for myself,” Dvalishvili is quoted by MMA Junkie.
