Pimblett believes that Topuria was matched with convenient opponents

UFC lightweight prospect Paddy Pimblett believes that former promotion champion in the featherweight division Ilia Topuria was matched with convenient opponents.

“I think he was matched with convenient opponents. Holloway barely made weight for featherweight after moving down from lightweight, Volka was actually knocked out three months before fighting him, Emmett was already 37 years old, and Bryce Mitchell is not a striker. Chandler would have beaten them all, and I probably would have beaten them too,” said Pimblett.
