Du Plessis commented on the fight with Chimaev

UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis made a statement regarding the fight against Khamzat Chimaev.

"So, we have a date. Although there are potentially two. I have already agreed to both. Many are asking whether the fight will take place this year. Yes, 100 percent. The fight is around the corner, an announcement will come soon. UFC knows everything. All these rumors about injuries... I don’t know where they came from, it’s ridiculous.

I’m just waiting for the contract. And this fight will take place. In the coming months, at most in the next four months," said Du Plessis in his podcast.
