Tsarukyan explained why Makhachev doesn't want to fight Topuria

UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan explained why the promotion's current featherweight champion Islam Makhachev doesn't want to fight Elijah Topuria.

"Islam doesn't want to fight Elijah because if he beats him, people will say, 'You beat a welterweight again.' And if Islam beats me, I think he will finish his business in the lightweight division," Tsarukyan's Red Corner MMA account on Social Network X quoted him as saying.
