Famous trainer Javier Mendes has spoken out about the fight between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall.
"John wants to win and he puts all his effort into it. He's a perfectionist. This guy will go to any lengths to win, so he will do even unethical things to achieve that goal.
If John won't fight Aspinall when the matchmakers expect him to, it's only because it's not in his best interest. It has nothing to do with Jones being older and Tom being younger. He needs to properly prepare himself for what Aspinall has to offer him. Johns wants to completely crush this guy. Jones has been like that throughout his career.
