Rogan believes Oliveira beat Tsarukian to the punch

Joe Rogan, longtime UFC commentator, spoke out about the fight between Arman Tsarukian and Charles Oliveira.

"If you remember Arman Tsarukyan's fight against Oliveira, you will see that Charles caught him with holds many times. That should have counted in favor of the Brazilian fighter. If you ask me who won the fight, my answer would be Oliveira. Charles was able to give Tsarukian serious problems," Rogan said on his podcast.
