Former UFC middleweight title challenger Marvin Vettori issued a statement following his loss to Roman Dolidze.

The Italian lost to the Georgian on points in the main event of UFC Fight Night 254 in Las Vegas, USA.

"I don't have any serious injuries - just some cuts and bruises. Sometimes life shows you that even if you give your best and give everything you have, it still might not be enough. It was a close fight and I almost got him in the third round. But I guess it wasn't enough," Marvin said in a video posted on X.
