Pereira: "We are already in talks for a rematch with Ankalaev"

Former UFC bantamweight champion Alex Pereira said his representatives are negotiating a rematch with new belt holder Magomed Ankalaev.

"Of course, it's not the result I wanted. I went into the fight confident, feeling good. I trained hard. Yes, some things happened, but I don't want to make excuses.

I know we're going to have a rematch. We are already negotiating a rematch considering my accomplishments and how the fight went. A lot of people don't agree with the judges' decision," MMA Fighting quotes Pereira as saying.

Recall that on March 9 in the main event of UFC 313 in Las Vegas, USA, Pereira lost to Ankalaev by unanimous decision of the judges.
