Makhachev doesn't see Gatji as his next opponent just yet

Islam Makhachev, UFC lightweight champion, responded to a question about whether he sees Justin Gaethje as his next opponent.

"Gaethje hasn't earned [a title fight] yet and he has a scheduled fight right now. If the job is done well, he might as well be. There's talk about moving [to another weight] too. We have to wait to see how the fights in other categories pan out. We have time to think about it, so I'm not in a hurry to make any statements yet."
