Adesanya predicted the winner of the Du Plessis - Strickland rematch

Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya made a prediction for the fight between current titleholder Dricus Du Plessis and Sean Strickland.

The South African and the American will headline UFC 312, which takes place Feb. 8 in Sydney, Australia.

"I think Dricus du Plessis will win this fight. And I think the fight will be as competitive as their first confrontation. But it's quite possible that Dricus has already read him and will win this time more convincingly. It will be a tough fight for both fighters, but my preference goes to Dricus," MMA Junkie quoted Adesanya as saying.
