Oliveira: "It would be cool to have a rematch with Makhachev"

Former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira has stated his desire for a rematch with current titleholder Islam Makhachev.

"It would actually be great to avenge the defeat to Makhachev. I've always been able to get revenge on the guys who beat me in the past. To become champion by beating the guy who beat me once is even better. The champion has a name - it's Charles Oliveira," - quotes the Brazilian Cageside.

Recall that in October 2022, Oliveira lost to Makhachev with a choke hold.
