Former interim UFC lightweight champion Justin Gaethje said it's highly likely his next fight will take place in March at UFC 313, and his opponent will be Dan Hooker.
"The contract for the fight is not signed yet, but I told the UFC that March is the date I want. There's a tournament in Las Vegas on March 8 and I've made it clear that's where I want to compete. I guess they're mulling over options right now, but I'm definitely mentally and physically preparing myself for a fight on that date.
I think the opponent will be Dan Hooker, but things can change in the UFC at any time. In any case, I feel good and ready for the fight," said Gaethje on his YouTube channel.

Recall, Gaethje did not appear in the octagon in April last year, when he was knocked out by Max Holloway.
