Covington: "Pereira is capable of knocking out Jones."

Former UFC welterweight titleholder Colby Covington believes welterweight champion Alex Pereira can beat heavyweight belt holder Jon Jones early.

"I'm sure of it. Pereira is capable of catching him and knocking him out. John would focus on low kicks and miss one of Alex's attacks. He can knock out John with one beautiful left hook," - quotes Covington MMA Fighting.

Recall that last November at UFC 307 Pereira knocked out Khalil Rountree.
