Whittaker assessed Du Plessis' win over Adesanya

Robert Whittaker, former UFC middleweight champion, shared his opinion on the fight between Israel Adesanya and Dricus Du Plessis.

"I think Dricus showed how you have to beat Adesanya. You have to make him uncomfortable, go at him, pressure him and make him nervous. And not give him space to fight," Whittaker said on the MMAcrade podcast.

Recall, the fight Adesanya - Du Plessis took place at UFC 305 in August, ending with an early victory Du Plessis.
