UFC CEO Dana White commented on the result of the fight between former interim welterweight champion Colby Covington and Joaquin Buckley.

Buckley defeated Covington by technical knockout in the main event of UFC on ESPN 63 in Tampa, Fla. The doctor stopped the fight before the third round due to a serious dissection in the latter.

"I was interested to see how it would play out if the fight lasted five rounds. There's no doubt it was a bad dissection, but in Vegas they wouldn't have stopped a fight like that. In Vegas, the fight would have gone on," White said at the press conference.
