Topuria wants to fight Oliveira in May

UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria said he plans to move up to the lightweight division. According to the Spanish Georgian, he would like to make his debut fight in the new category against Charles Oliveira in May.

"We need to discuss all the details and look at my future, but it's pretty clear to me what I want to do. I would like to move up to the next weight class. And since the champion Islam Makhachev will fight in January and won't be ready by April-May, I would like to fight the challenger Charles Oliveira," Topuria said on the El Partidazo de Cadena Cope podcast.
