Hardy: "I don't think Jones is the best heavyweight in the world"

Retired mixed martial arts fighter, commentator and expert Dan Hardy said he doesn't think UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones is the best fighter in the world in the category.

"I consider Jon Jones the leader in the pound-for-pound rankings. As far as I'm concerned - he's the best mixed martial arts presentation we've seen. And he continues to evolve, which is awesome. But is he the best heavyweight in the world? I don't think so.

The winner of a fight between Aspinall and Ngannou would be the answer. No disrespect to Jones, he's the reigning heavyweight champion, he's not the best heavyweight on the planet. Definitely," MMA Fighting quoted Hardy as saying.
