Jon Jones, the UFC heavyweight champion, has confirmed that he plans to continue his career.

"It's only been five days since UFC 309 and the hunger is as strong as ever. I'm in the middle of healing my battle scars, but the work never stops. While I'm lifting weights, I'm starting with the lightest weights, but every repetition reminds me why I love this routine. I'm not here to predict the future - just ready to step outside the box once again and take it a step further. The journey continues. We'll see how far we can go."
