Cruz wants a farewell fight in the UFC

Former UFC lightweight champion Dominick Cruz has stated that he would like to have a farewell fight next year.

"I'll tell you this, I think I have a desire to have my last fight. I want to have my last dance. Just to go out there and have fun. And when I say have fun, I mean fight to the death and see what I can do," Cruz told TMZ.

Recall that Cruz has not appeared in the octagon since August 2022, when he suffered an early loss to Marlon Vera.
