Cormier still believes in the Jones vs. Ngannou fight

Mixed martial arts titleholder, expert and analyst Daniel Cormier has expressed his opinion that the idea of a superfight between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou can still become a reality.

"If Turki Al Al-Sheikh, Francis and John present this fight favorably, then why not do it? I'm not saying it will definitely happen since Dana doesn't like Francis. That's a serious issue. But is it possible to put personal relationships ahead of business? I don't know if he would agree. Dana White is one of the smartest and shrewdest businessmen I've ever seen. If the deal makes sense, the fight will happen," - quotes Cormier BJ Penn.

Recall that Jones will make his heavyweight title defense against Stipe Miocic on November 16 in the main event of UFC 309 in New York, USA.
