Du Plessis: "I can't wait to inflict my first defeat on Chimaev"

UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis reacted to the result of the fight between former titleholder Robert Whittaker and Khamzat Chimaev

On Oct. 26 at UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Chimaev defeated Whittaker by first-round submission.

"I feel really bad for Rob. He seemed very prepared, but it was a fight that was played very well by Hamzat. Anyway, I can't wait to take a zero in the loss column from Chimaev," Du Plessis wrote in X.
