It was previously announced that the Brazilian will fight Michael Chandler on November 16 at UFC 309 in New York, USA.
"If I beat Conor after Chandler, do you think I guarantee myself a title shot? Because now Makhachev and Tsarukyan's title fight will be scheduled, and I'll have to wait anyway. So, why not? I'll beat Michael and then make a lot of money with Conor," Combate quoted Oliveira as saying.
