Topuria: "I'm not worried about the fight with O'Malley getting scrapped"

UFC featherweight champion Elijah Topuria said he's not worried about his fight against Sean O'Malley being irrelevant.

Last weekend at UFC 306 in Las Vegas, USA, the American lost a unanimous decision to Merab Dvalishvili and forfeited his lightweight division title.

"I'm not worried about the fight with O'Malley being scrapped. There's always a fight that can get even louder. The same goes for Paddy Pimblett, for example. It might seem like a great fight, but once you get defeated... Why would I fight you if you're losing before you even meet me. I might as well not fight as people will already know I'm better," Marca quoted Topuria as saying.
