UFC welterweight Gilbert Burns has named a fighter who should be a mandatory challenger for the championship belt in the division.
"I think Rakhmonov is the guy who deserves it the most, although I hear he's going to fight Jack Della Maddalena. It's a good fight, but Jack has a hand injury and has had a couple surgeries. If Belal isn't ready, Shawkat should have one more fight this year. Maybe against Ian Harry," MMA Fighting quotes Burns as saying.
