Authoritative American boxing coach Teddy Atlas shared his opinion on UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis.
"Dricus has one quality that characterizes him - it's a simple quality, but you don't see it every day. No matter how talented his opponent is, Du Plessis has the same thing that Usyk has in boxing - the ability to win, the drive, the determination. Many people have those qualities, but Usyk and Du Plessis have an uncanny ability to find a way to win," Atlas said on the YouTube channel The Fight.
Du Plessis made the first defense of his belt last weekend, defeating Israel Adesanya with a choke hold. The fight headlined the UFC 305 event in Perth, Australia.
