Robertson: "Soon I'll be a minimumweight champion."

Canadian mixed martial arts fighter Gillian Robertson spoke about her health after her win over Michelle Waterson, and also spoke about her ambitions in the minimum division.

"Physically, I feel fine. I actually got four or five stitches in my lip. Literally the first thing I said after the fight was, 'I can't smoke marijuana tonight.' So that was my biggest concern.

Every fight, you're going to see me get better. I'm evolving every single day, and I think you guys see in every fight that I'm really becoming a well-rounded mixed martial arts fighter - and pretty soon I'm going to be the women's bantamweight champion," Robertson said.

Recall that last weekend Robertson defeated Waterson by unanimous decision of the judges. The fight took place at the UFC 303 tournament in Las Vegas, USA.
