Robert Whittaker, former UFC middleweight champion, reacted to a journalist who said during a press conference that Robert's win over Ikram Aliskerov was largely due to the cancelation of his fight with Khamzat Chimaev.
"Aha-ha! Man, if only I had wheels! If I had wheels, I'd be a bicycle! What we have now is what we have now. What would have happened if I'd had scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of waffles? I realize Chimaev is a tough opponent, but I didn't run from this fight. I don't even know what to answer you. But thank you very much for the question," said Whittaker at the press conference.
Recall, Whittaker finished Aliskerov already in the first round.
