UFC commentator, expert and analyst Joe Rogan shared his thoughts on Conor McGregor's decision to withdraw from his fight against Michael Chandler.
As a reminder, the meeting between these fighters was supposed to headline UFC 303, which will take place on June 29 in Las Vegas, but the star Irishman pulled out due to a fractured pinky toe.
"If you kick as much as Conor does, a fractured pinky toe is going to be a problem for you. A serious problem like that. Plus, it's the same leg that he had broken. And for that fight with Puryear, Conor came out injured.
This is the first time McGregor's pulled out of a fight. I think he did the wise thing. A broken pinky can easily become a serious problem in a fight. He could have thrown a punch, relapsed and fought in a hell of a lot of pain the whole fight," Rogan said on his podcast.
