Volkov: "I want to get a title shot."

Top UFC heavyweight Alexander Volkov has stated his desire for a title fight with champion Jon Jones after his win over Sergey Pavlovich.

"You know, I've been doing this for a long time. I want a title shot. I missed that opportunity once, but now I'm ready. I think it would be great to fight Jon Jones.

He's a big guy, he's got a big arm swing. I want to meet him in the octagon - it would be good for me, for my legacy," said Volkov.

Recall, on June 22 at UFC on ABC 6, Volkov defeated Pavlovic by unanimous decision of the judges.
