Tom Aspinall, the UFC's interim heavyweight champion, has revealed that the organization's welterweight division champion Leon Edwards has hired a sleep specialist.
"Leon hired a sleep specialist. Leon told me about his sleep regimen. So I plan to follow his example without going to a sleep specialist. I don't want to pay anyone, so I just listen to Leon's advice and do as he does," Aspinall told Title Sports Network.
Recall, his next fight Edwards will hold against Belal Muhammad. This fight will take place on July 7 at UFC 304 in Manchester.
