UFC Armenian lightweight Arman Tsarukyan explained why he has no doubts about defeating the division's current champion, Dagestan's Islam Makhachev.
"If the version of Islam that was in the fight with Porier comes out against me, it would be a very easy fight for me. I could move him to the decking as he would have no strength left to resist. When a fighter is tired, he can be beaten even though you may have better skills. Look for yourself, Islam has been tired in all five-round fights, both against Wolf and Porier. So I will be able to beat him due to stamina," MMA Fighting quoted Tsarukyan as saying.
The fight between Makhachev and Tsarukyan is expected to take place in October or November.
