Famed British mixed martial arts veteran Michael Bisping picked the best fighter between UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones and lightweight titleholder Islam Makhachev.
"When you look at Islam's record, '26-1' is a cool record. But if you look at Makhachev's opposition ... You can compare Islam's record and Jones' record. Undoubtedly, John set his record quite a long time ago. By the way, Jones is still fighting. I believe that the best fighter on the planet outside of weight categories is Jon Jones," said Bisping on his YouTube channel.
Recall that Makhachev is the first place in the ranking of the best fighters of the UFC regardless of weight category, while Jones is located on the second line.
