Islam Makhachev responded to Dana White who stated that Islam is not the best MMA fighter in the world as that status belongs to Jon Jones.
"Dana said I'm not the best fighter in the world? I don't know about Jon Jones. But I know I saved tonight's tournament. All the fights turned out boring, the fans were almost asleep. Dustin and I did what we needed to do. Dana gave me two bonuses. I used to be happy about the bonuses, but now I'm cool with it. I think the American fans will love me now. I dream of fighting in Madison Square Garden," Makhachev said at the press conference.
