Alex Perez, an American UFC fighter, gave his prediction for the upcoming bout between Islam Makhachev, the organization's lightweight champion, and Dustin Porier.
"I'm betting on Dustin. I think Porier will hit powerful punches with his hands, he has good wrestling. Islam will not be able to prove himself in attacks. Makhachev is a tough guy, a tough champion, he's from Khabib's team. But during his fights against Volkanovski, Makhachev showed that he has flaws. That's not Khabib. If Khabib gave you a takedown, you didn't go up again. So the victory goes to Dustin," - said Perez in an interview with James Lynch.
