Sterling: 'I'll never go back to lightweight'

Former UFC lightweight champion Aljamain Sterling summarized his debut in the welterweight division.

To recap, Sterling defeated Kelvin Kattar by unanimous decision on April 13 at the UFC 300 anniversary event in Las Vegas, USA.

"Decent performance, but I honestly thought I showed myself a lot better. I'll have to watch the tape of the fight to see what aspects I still need to work on.

The featherweight division is my new home now, I'm never going back to the lightweight division. Thank you to all those who supported me and those who doubted me. You've given me the motivation to get better," Sterling wrote on Instagram.
