Charles Oliveira, former UFC lightweight champion, commented on his defeat in his fight with Arman Tsarukyan.
"Not every day is a glory day," the Brazilian said in a video posted on social media. "Today was a tough fight. I had the opportunity to sabmit or even knock him out, but I wasn't myself in this fight and couldn't find myself. There's nothing wrong with me. I got a few stitches near my eye, there are some small hematomas, but overall I'm fine. I cried a little bit, but that's part of the game. For the most part, nothing changes. It's time to go home to my family, dedicate myself to training again, and I hope you'll continue to cheer for me. I can promise you that I will come back stronger than I was before. It's a game, so it can't be helped. I had a great training camp, an easy weight race, but what happened is what happened. Today wasn't my day. Thank you, everybody. I'm fine and I'll come back refreshed."
